'StoneGlider' originated from a single vision: to provide our London community with true Neapolitan pizza. The Rossi family establishment began in 1985, embedding itself as a quaint, local pizzeria rich with generational recipes.
Our progenitor, Marco Rossi, mastered the craft of pizza creation throughout her Italian voyages, acquiring knowledge from Neapolitan pizza maestros. Upon her return to the UK, her purpose became to bring to life the essence of genuine Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and the finest ingredients.
Our humble 12-seat establishment has expanded yet our dedication to excellence persists. Our traditional wood-fired ovens continue to cook our homemade dough, produced fresh every day using premium ingredients.
Currently, 'StoneGlider' is still within the Rossi family’s hands, guided by its second generation. Despite new technological advances, our ethos remains unchanged: we foster enjoyable moments with delicious, real Italian pizza.
